110% Superbonus, bipartisan proposal for a mini-extension
Among the amendments to the Salva-spese decree in the Chamber of Deputies, several hypotheses emerge that bring the majority and opposition together on a reopening of the deadlines

Bipartisan push to revive the extension of the superbonus. The news emerges from the dossier of amendments to the end-of-year Salva-spesa decree, currently being converted by the House Finance Committee.
Despite the dry 'no' expressed on several occasions by the Ministry of the Economy on any hypothesis that could further burden the public accounts, there remains a strong cross-party push among MEPs towards a form of reopening of the deadlines.
Thus, there is a proposal to extend the 110% deadline by two months, as Ance had also requested during the hearings on the decree. It would be possible to benefit under two conditions. The first is that of having fallen within the derogation that, at the end of 2022, allowed many entities to dribble out the 90 per cent, maintaining the 110 per cent. The second is linked to 31 December 2023: by that date one must have carried out work of at least 70 per cent. Under this amendment is the signature of three parliamentary groups: Fratelli d'Italia, Partito Democratico and Gruppo misto.
This is not, however, the only point of convergence between majority and opposition. Another proposal, signed by Erica Mazzetti and Vito De Palma of Forza Italia, the Democratic Party and the Mixed Group, envisages a two-month extension of the superbonus (i.e., until 29 February) for those who have carried out work of at least 6o per cent by the end of 2023.
