In the tourism and hospitality sectors, the more than 600 vacancies are for accommodation providers, restaurants and tourist establishments in seaside resorts, mountain resorts, lakeside resorts and cities of art. In the healthcare and personal care sectors, demand for staff is also growing, with 500 vacancies across Italia for home helpers, domestic workers and babysitters. The most sought-after roles are for live-in or day-care staff with experience in caring for the elderly, people with disabilities or children. Empathy, reliability and interpersonal skills are among the most valued qualities. Demand for these roles is particularly high in Northern Italia, specifically in Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige and Emilia-Romagna.
Demand for staff in the healthcare sector is also very high, with 250 new vacancies for healthcare assistants (OSS) and nurses. These roles are available in both public and private settings, particularly in Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. We are looking for experienced professionals available to start immediately, as well as recent school leavers and graduates to be placed through structured training programmes. Flexibility, the ability to work in a team and a patient-centred approach are among the most sought-after qualities.
