44-year-old Italian entrepreneur killed in Albania, Farnesina follows up the case

The victim comes from a family that decided many years ago to invest in the Albanian market. Augusto Nidoli, Sarchi's uncle, belongs to a family of former quarrymen well known in the province of Varese and beyond, and founded the Italo-Albanian company Edilcentro Ltd in 1996. Tegola Edilcentro, a brick-producing company based in Tirana of which Sarchi was managing director, is part of the galaxy of the company founded by his uncle, which today sees Sarchi's cousins Antonio (president of the board of directors) and Edoardo Nidoli at the top. Antonio Nidoli is also president of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Albania.
