Promoting corporate culture and enhancing the role of entrepreneurs and management as engines of corporate competitiveness: this is the objective of the partnership between 4.Manager and Gruppo Il Sole 24 ORE, designed to accompany Italian companies in a phase of strong discontinuity. In a complex geopolitical and economic context, marked by market pressures, regulatory evolution and technological acceleration, organisational culture becomes an enabling factor to govern change, strengthen decision-making capacity and consolidate the trust of people, customers and stakeholders.
The project brings together two reference realities in their respective fields: on the one hand, the publishing group, leader in economic and financial information; on the other, the association created by Confindustria and Federmanager to support the growth of managerial skills and the competitiveness of companies. At the heart of the initiative will be the creation of a permanent in-depth space in the Radiocor section of ilsole24ore.com on the theme of business culture, conceived as a place where the world of production, management and the community of the territories can tell their stories, meet and exchange views.
Fuelled by the data and analyses of the 4.Manager Observatory, the Radiocor in-depth space will gather and disseminate quantitative analyses and qualitative readings on organisational models, leadership practices and people engagement tools, with the aim of highlighting the links between corporate culture, performance and attractiveness. The programme will include thematic insights and territorial focus, research and initiatives to enhance human capital, in-depth analysis on innovation and sector trends: from digital and green transition to internationalisation and new skills. The content will be returned with an online and multi-channel editorial path and strategy, with formats designed to make content accessible and useful to companies of different sizes.
The dissemination of content will be enhanced by the cross-media approach that distinguishes the Il Sole 24 ORE Group, through an integrated ecosystem that combines print, digital, radio, podcasts, television and events. Articles, columns and specials, as well as multimedia contributions and moments of live in-depth analysis, will be the tools used to encourage widespread dissemination of the evidence and stimulate an informed debate on priorities and strategic choices for the production system.
The project will include a roadshow in the territories with four stages dedicated to discussions with companies, associations and local stakeholders, in order to collect experiences, identify effective practices and bring out the specificities of the different production contexts, and a final event of national scope during which the presentation of the report on business culture by the Osservatorio 4.
