Mini has unveiled a John Cooper Works special series. It is the Mini.01 Convertible and was made for an American Mini enthusiast. Made in the Oxford factory, it has an availability of over 50 customisations. The exterior features a two-tone triple-layer paint job in black and an exclusive metallic green - a combination never before seen on a Mini.
The model comes with JCW accessories as standard, including JCW front and side wings in body colour and 18-inch JCW Rallye Spoke alloy wheels. The two-tone paintwork extends to the rear diffuser, while the wing mirrors are decorated with black and white stripes. The canvas soft top with the Union Jack flag is a tribute to Mini's Oxford plant and the brand's British heritage.
At Oxford they can offer the ultimate in customisation
The green accents continue inside the cabin, with exclusive decorative elements such as the seat inserts, control bar trim, dashboard fascia and Harman Kardon speaker housings. For discreet but effective contrast, the air vents, cup holder frames and door handles are finished in matt white. The Mini.01 badge can be found in several places in the cabin, including the six o'clock element on the steering wheel, the wireless charging unit and the floor mats. Upon entering and exiting the car, passengers are greeted by backlit door sills with a further reminder of the uniqueness of the Mini.01.
