A wide range of powertrains for the all-new Kia Seltos
The Korean manufacturer’s mid-size model is also available with plug-in hybrid engines. Its key strengths include its spacious interior and comprehensive equipment package
With the new Seltos, Kia reaffirms its commitment to the SUV sector, its multi-energy vision and the upgrading of its features and technologies, particularly those relating to safety, which are aligned with the current EuroNCAP protocol.
This new mid-size model is available in petrol and full-hybrid versions (which are more suitable for fleets for tax reasons) and features a design that represents a further evolution of Kia’s styling language.
The Selts SUV is 4.43 metres long, 1.83 metres wide and 1.62 metres high.
In the fleet sector, the Seltos is set to appeal to those who are not yet ready to make the full switch to electric mobility, with a range comprising the Business, Style, GT-Line and X-Line – which are, respectively, the top-of-the-range models of the pure petrol 1.6 T-GDi version with 180 cavalli and the 1.6 GDi HEV full hybrid. The latter delivers 154 cavalli in the front-wheel-drive version and 179 cavalli in the all-wheel-drive version, with the all-wheel drive generated by a rear electric motor – unlike the other version, which features a mechanical all-wheel-drive system.
The range is on sale at prices ranging from 31,000 to 43,000 euros, and the leasing rates are expected to be affordable.
