EdiliziAcrobatica Spa acquired Verticaline

Riccardo Banfo, cfo of the Acrobatica group, (formerly Ediliziacrobatica), drew up a final and provisional balance sheet of the group's activities for Il Sole 24 Ore: 'We are close to closing a 2024 that has given us great satisfaction, especially with regard to the acrobatica group's core business such as building on double safety ropes, which is establishing itself as a winning choice for a growing number of customers, both in Italy and in the foreign countries where we are present: France, Spain, Monaco, the Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait'.

On 23 December 2024, EdiliziAcrobatica Spa, qlisted on the Euronext growth Milan market and on Euronext growth in Paris, announced that it had signed a binding contract for the acquisition of 80% of the share capital of Verticaline Srl, an Italian company that carries out operational construction work on ropes, such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other architectural structures in the Veneto region and in particular in the Venice area. Verticaline reported revenues of EUR 1.42 million as at 31 December 2023.

"The first point on the 2025 agenda of Acrobatica is a consistent consolidation of the volumes already acquired and, in parallel, the continuation of our expansion projects abroad, which will see us playing a leading role in new countries, while strengthening our presence in some countries where we are already present. Our expansion will proceed through acquisitions that we choose on the basis of in-depth analyses of the territories, including the Italian one'. It is inevitable that the group will take into account the various unfavourable general economic conditions such as, for example, the energy crisis with consequent price increases and various financial tensions caused by the numerous ongoing conflicts.
