School, active platform for school staff to purchase goods and services at favourable prices

The new digital platform dedicated to school staff and employees of the Ministry of Education and Merit is now active, allowing them to access numerous commercial offers for the purchase of goods and services at advantageous prices.
Following the expression of interest published by the MIM last October, an agreement has been signed with Poste Welfare Servizi S.p.A., a company of the Poste Italiane Group, which allows recipients of the measure, including families, to access the Poste Welfare platform via the Ministry's intranet. In this way, it will be possible to benefit from the service in many areas, including culture and entertainment, personal care, household products, electronics, household appliances, family services, summer centres, mobility, fashion, and sporting goods.

In particular, it will be possible to download a discount voucher of varying size for each commercial category.

The Welfare Plan, launched in October 2023, already provides for benefits in the air transport, railway, agri-food, banking and, shortly, health sectors, with the activation of an insurance policy for which the European tender was published on 29 January. "With the operation of the Marketplace, we continue our commitment to the construction of an increasingly broader Welfare Plan, with the aim of concretely improving the well-being and quality of life of those who work in the world of education, through a fruitful synergy between public and private institutions. Thanks also to these concrete measures, we recognise the value of those who play an indispensable role in the training and education of our young people," said Education and Merit Minister Giuseppe Valditara.
