After Mediaset warning, episode of Corona's format cancelled

Due to a affidavit sent by Mediaset to Google and Meta for copyright infringement, last Monday's puntata of Falsissimo, the format of Fabrizio Corona, the former photo agent at the centre of a series of investigations by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, was deleted from social platforms.

The TV company, which in recent days had reported Corona to the prosecutors for defamation, obtained from the web giants the removal of the programme because they used footage and images of Mediaset itself.

A similar request was made by the lawyers of the journalist Alfonso Signorini.
