Amplifon cuts greenhouse gas emissions by 17%, green energy by 83%

Amplifon has reduced greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 17% in 2025 compared to 2023, mainly due to the decrease in Scope 3 emissions and increased electricity purchased from renewable sources from 80% in 2024 to 83% in 2025. This is the result of the Sustainability Report 2025 prepared in accordance with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and included in the Group's Annual Report, which is based on the results of the Double Materiality Analysis. In particular, the report illustrates the results achieved within the framework of the second Sustainability Plan "Listening Ahead", launched by Amplifon in 2024, and developed in line with the objectives of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

The group achieved an ESG rating of 100% of direct suppliers and 46% of indirect suppliers in 2025. The company scored 'AA' in the MSCI Morgan Stanley Capital International rating and 'B' in the CDP Climate Change questionnaire, both with scores in line with or above the industry average in key assessment areas and indicative of the increasing transparency on the Group's ESG performance.

The Report also highlights Amplifon's continuous investment in talent development and in the quality of the work environment: in 2025 the Group provided almost 600 thousand hours of training to employees, confirming the importance of professional growth and skills.

Amplifon also obtained the Global Top Employer 2026 certification, an award given to only 17 companies in the world. The company was certified as a Top Employer in 20 of the 25 countries in which it operates and in all three global regions - Europe, America and APAC - testifying to the effectiveness of its HR strategies oriented towards people's wellbeing and the continuous improvement of the working environment.
