Amy Madigan ('Weapons')

The real outsider of the five is this not-so-famous actress, who had already been nominated in 1986 for 'Twice in a Lifetime' and who has often proved her talent in the course of her career. In the beautiful horror film "Weapons", however, she surpasses herself with a truly intense performance as a disturbing character: she was inspired by Bette Davis from "What Happened to Baby Jane?" and it shows.
