Ania: Meloni says the insurance sector is an ally of households and businesses

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - “The insurance sector is an ally that families and businesses could not do without: it is an essential factor in planning everyday choices, a prerequisite for the stability of the economic system, a driver of development and a tool for supporting the real economy.” This was stated by the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in her message to the 2026 ANIA Assembly. “The Government,” adds the Prime Minister, “believes strongly in dialogue and engagement with the insurance sector, because our shared commitment is to continue working to build a stable, transparent regulatory framework that is conducive to innovation, capable of stimulating competitiveness without ever losing sight of the protection of citizens.”
