When autumn envelops Livigno and the woods are tinged with gold, Aquagranda becomes the refuge to regain balance and prepare for the season to come.
Alpine Wellness represents the most intimate soul of Aquagranda: an area dedicated to alpine wellness, where wood, stone and light create a sensory path that tells the essence of Livigno.
Three saunas differing in atmosphere, temperature and intensity, steam baths, Kneipp paths, a salt-water pool and treatments inspired by mountain nature welcome guests to a truly relaxing experience.
Each treatment is designed to promote energy recovery and re-establish a natural balance after the summer. Among the proposals is the treatment of the month, which changes periodically according to the benefits offered and the climatic variations. The fixed appointment of the week is Wednesday Wellness, an evening experience that combines relaxation, music and rituals. Every Wednesday Alpine Wellness stays open until midnight with Aufguss Shows and themed itineraries, rituals with scrubs and essential oils, moments of sound healing and a fish dinner at the Aqua Alpine Bistrot, to experience Livigno in a dimension of complete well-being, between taste and Alpine sensations.
During the weekends, Aquagranda continues the appointments with AISA guests, the Italian sauna masters who enrich the Alpine Event Sauna with multi-sensory ceremonies of heat, aromas and music.
