Triumph is showcasing the new Bonneville 400 and the revamped Tiger 1200 in Milan
Triumph Motorcycles will be bringing the new Bonneville T40 and T40 Black to Milan, expanding the Modern Classic range with a 400 cc model, alongside the new Tiger 1200 and Street Triple 798.
The Bonneville T40 and T40 Black are fitted with a new evolution of the 400 cc Tr Series engine: they reinterpret Triumph’s classic style in a more accessible form, with relaxed ergonomics and contemporary features. They are due to go on sale in late spring 2027.
The new Tiger 1200, which made its debut on Tuesday 27 October, aims to improve performance, the refinement of the three-cylinder engine and its technological features. Triumph also previews an evolution of the chassis and a particularly sophisticated suspension package, designed to strengthen the maxi-adventure bike’s position in the large touring segment.
Immediately after EICMA (on 17 November), the Street Triple 798 will be unveiled: a sports naked bike featuring the new 798 cc three-cylinder engine developed in conjunction with the 2027 Moto2 programme, a championship in which Triumph will continue to supply the engines. The aim is to emphasise the roadster’s sporty character, with technical developments covering both the platform and performance.
The schedule of previews will continue in December with the new Tiger 900, due on the 15th of the month, featuring an updated engine, a revised chassis and advanced technological systems.
