Christopher Lockyear, MSF secretary general returning from Gaza, arrives at the Trento Festival

Many are the protagonists and many are the novelties of the 19th edition of the Trentino Economics Festival, scheduled from 23 to 26 May 2024 in the winning formula that sees for the third year running the 24 ORE Group together with Trentino Marketing in the role of organisers on behalf of the Autonomous Province of Trento and with the contribution of the Municipality of Trento and the University of Trento.

Four unmissable days that will involve the entire city of Trento in a widespread manner and will be attended by 5 Nobel Prize winners, 22 Ministers, more than 80 speakers from the academic world, 40 of the most important international and national economists, 60 representatives of the most important European and national institutions, 40 international speakers, 57 managers and entrepreneurs from some of the largest Italian and multinational companies.

Also in attendance will be Christopher Lockyear, sGeneral Secretary of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) International since October 2018, who started with MSF in Darfur in 2005 and subsequently held field coordination roles and was appointed Director of Operations in 2010.

Lockyear will participate in the event: Today's wars and the drama of civilians scheduled for Thursday 23 May from 12:00 to 12:45, with Giampaolo Musumeci.
