Auctions and alternative finance, Trusters-Simplex Domus agreement

A strategic partnership between Trusters - a real estate lending crowdfunding platform of the CrowdFundMe Spa group, an alkternative finance company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment - and Simplex Domus, an innovative startup specialising in the analysis and online offering of real estate at auction.

The agreement provides for a synergy to promote investment opportunities on Trusters to the latter's customers (more than 5,000 as of May 2024). These are short-term, fixed-return transactions that tend to be between 8-15 months, thus favouring a capital recurrence dynamic. Trusters' repayments (principal + interest) updated to June 2024 increased to 42.9 million from 40 million in April, with an average yield of over 9 per cent.
