The Auricchio Group, a dairy bigwig with a turnover of more than 400 million, invests in its subsidiary 3B Latte acquired in 2022 and specialising in cow, goat and buffalo milk cheeses.
"Since the acquisition to date, we have grown from almost 38 million to over 40 million expected by the end of 2025 (of which about 18% abroad). One must take into account the fact that the production plants are saturated at the moment, and for this reason a development plan was started this autumn that envisages," says Antonio Auricchio, Group Integration and M&A, "in addition to investments in brand communication that are already on air, also an expansion of the plant and therefore of the production capacity in the coming year. This will be the starting point for the project, whose objective is to exceed EUR 50 million in sales in 2029".
Also part of the growth plan is the launch of the Goods Without Sense communication campaign, which recounts "the true essence of the brand: quality cheeses communicated with irony, lightness and an immediate and unconventional language through creativity expressed by a modern and disruptive Key Visual. The animals that produce the milk (goats, cows and buffaloes) are also placed at the centre of the social communication, transforming them into the true narrative protagonists of the brand," say the company.
"The launch of the 3B brand communication represents an important moment for our entire Group, because it shows how tradition and innovation can coexist in a virtuous way when values and vision are shared," Auricchio continues. It is precisely on the basis of these assumptions that the Auricchio Group and 3B Latte have chosen to join forces to embark on an ambitious path of growth, on the one hand preserving the heritage and artisan identity of the historic Bergamo-based dairy, and on the other creating new development opportunities with joint internationalisation projects to respond in an increasingly effective and anticipatory manner to the needs of a constantly evolving market with unique products that are an expression of the excellence of Italian-made dairy products.
