Autumn full of events for fleet managers
Bologna, Luxembourg and Milan: three appointments for training and catching up on the latest industry news
Constantly updated regulations and taxation, new car policies and car lists, implementation of electric mobility and much more: there are many challenges awaiting fleet managers in the coming months. To help them cope in the best possible way with the deadlines related to their work, there is no shortage of appointments to keep up to date with the latest news. It starts immediately, as early as tomorrow, with Fleet Manager Academy, in Hall 31 of BolognaFiere. This is the twenty-fifth edition of this event, and to celebrate this anniversary the organisers have planned a special edition, rich in content and guests, which opens with a discussion of the most important associations operating in the world of corporate mobility (Unrae for car manufacturers, Aniasa for rental companies, Aiaga and Top Thousand for fleet managers) and then continues by dealing with regulatory and tax news, safety, zero-emission fleets, all-round corporate mobility and the needs of large and medium-sized fleets. Also on the programme are specialised workshops and a gaming/experimentation session on Artificial Intelligence and fleets.
At the end of the month (22 and 23 October in Luxembourg) there will be the customary annual Fleet Europe Days, two days dedicated to European fleets: on the first day there will be the Remarketing Summit, test drives and the inauguration of the Fleet Europe Village; on the second day there will be a summit on the theme of 'Galvanising the Fleet' and in the evening there will be an awards ceremony. On both days there will be workshops dedicated to fleet managers, where TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), sustainability, data, technology and new mobility will be discussed.
The third appointment worth mentioning is the third edition of Accendiamo i Motori, an event organised by Aiaga that will take place on 27 November in Milan. This year the title is illustrative of the topics that will be addressed: 'Fleet or non-fleet? The mobility dilemma'. The 2025 edition will therefore focus on the most relevant and topical issues for the fleet and corporate mobility sector, with particular attention to the economic, regulatory and environmental impact of the transformations underway.
