Azimut: net inflows in August totalled 938 million, bringing the year-to-date total to 10.2 billion
Zambotti, we are moving forward with confidence towards the end of 2026
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - The Azimut Group recorded total net inflows of 938 million euros in August 2026, bringing total net inflows since the start of the year to 10.2 billion. Assets under management for the month stood at 655 million. “The solid trend in net inflows brings total assets under management to 159.4 billion at the end of August, reflecting robust growth of 13 per cent year-to-date,” the company’s statement emphasises. In August 2026, Azimut had recorded total inflows of €1.528 billion, of which €1.2 billion (77 per cent) was allocated to managed solutions; in the first eight months of 2025, inflows totalled 13.41 billion euros and assets under management at the end of August stood at 119.51 billion euros. The CEO and CFO, Alessandro Zambotti, said: “We maintained excellent commercial momentum in August as well, with €938 million in net new inflows. This result enables us to exceed the €10 billion threshold in just eight months, confirming our distribution strength and execution capability across various geographical areas and asset classes.” The executive highlighted several significant milestones, such as the acquisition of a sukuk mandate worth over $400 million from a leading institutional investor in Saudi Arabia and the closing of a fund dedicated to the data centre sector in Brazil, worth nearly $100 million, by AZ Quest. “These results in the alternative and institutional markets continue to be a key driver of our growth and have more than offset the outflows recorded in the Brazilian public markets, due to local dynamics, as well as a scheduled annual redemption by a Mexican pension fund. As in previous years, the fund will reinvest participants’ contributions over the coming months.” He also noted that the strategic subsidiaries in the United States and Australia have continued their organic expansion. “With total assets under management of €159.4 billion, up 13 per cent since the start of the year, we are moving forward with confidence into the final part of the year,” he concluded.
