Credem will hire 400 bankers in 2025, a 30% increase compared to the average recruitment figure of the last five years. Since the beginning of the year, the Emilian banking group has already made 156 hires, 40% more than the previous year. The new hires are part of the constant growth plan that has led to the creation of more than 1,400 jobs since 2020, with a 2-digit growth in the workforce of 11.7%. "Our growth path continues unabated in 2025 as well," underlines Marco Casini, Head of Personnel Management and Selection at Credem Group. The areas to be strengthened

The recruitments will mainly strengthen the branch network throughout Italy, as well as the virtual contact centre, the structure dedicated to telephone and online customer care, and the network of Private Bankers and assistants dedicated to high net worth clients of Credem Euromobiliare Private Banking. Recruitment will also take place in the group's Information Technology (IT) areas and in the Risk Management structure.

Profiles sought

In particular, the profiles sought for the sales network and the virtual contact centre are high school and university graduates, with no restrictions on the type of course of study and even without previous experience, with an aptitude for relationships and good communication skills, who can apply for a selection and placement path. The selection process consists of two interviews, both of a psycho-aptitude type.

For the IT area, on the other hand, as explained in a note from the bank, recruitment is mainly aimed at recent graduates and experts in the IT field, analysts, developers and project managers, roles dedicated in particular to graduates in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, and statistics for a focus on technological innovation and the digital transformation of products and internal processes aimed at customers. In this case, candidates will undergo an initial technical interview followed by an individual psycho-aptitude interview. The profiles sought for the other positions, on the other hand, concern professionals who have consolidated in-depth experience and expertise in the management of large assets and in the management and measurement of credit risk and regulatory and accounting oversight.
