Bnp Paribas Reim buys Italian healthcare assets for over 300 million

Bnp Paribas Reim is pushing the accelerator on healthcare assets, acquiring a majority stake in an emblematic Italian portfolio of healthcare assets for its HPF Europe (Healthcare Property Fund Europe) fund.

Named VITA, this portfolio, valued at over EUR 300m, comprises 23 healthcare facilities located in central and northern Italy. Leased to five leading market operators through long-term leases, these assets fit fully into the investment strategy of Bnp Paribas Reim and its HPF Europe fund.

The VITA portfolio will be managed by Bnp Paribas Reim, on behalf of HPF Europe, which holds a 73.5 per cent stake, together with two leading French institutional investors.

Continuing the acquisitions made in 2025, this transaction consolidates Bnp Paribas Reim's position as a key player in the healthcare sector, where it has been present for more than 15 years.
