Bologna, Tikehau invests in residential housing at Navile

Tikehau Capital - a global manager of alternative assets - has acquired a building plot in Bologna for the development of a build-to-sale residential project, through its real estate development strategy.
The project, named Atman, is located in the Navile district, between Via Gobetti and Via Togliani, a few steps away from Bologna's Central Station and in a portion of the area that once housed the former fruit and vegetable market and has now been completely redeveloped.

It envisages the construction of 117 high-quality residential units on 11 floors, complemented by an underground car park and commercial spaces on the ground floor. As the Italia fund qualifies as a fund under Article 9 of the EU Transparency Regulation, the project aims to achieve Epc A certification and Nzeb -10 per cent standards. The investment was completed through an Italia real estate investment fund managed by Investire Sgr, with First Atlantic Real Estate as operating partner.

The deal represents Tikehau Capital's second investment in Bologna, a fast-growing city in all sectors that is emerging as an attractive alternative destination for institutional investors.

With this investment, Tikehau Capital continues to expand its real estate platform in Italia, pursuing targeted opportunities that combine valuable micro-locations, active asset management and strong value creation potential.
