The ceiling has certainly been exhausted. The ceiling allocated by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy for the household appliance bonus - 48.1 million euro - has been reached.
Applications, 10 hours after the start of click day (7 a.m. on 18 November), had arrived from more than 550,000 households. However, it is not certain that all these people will get the voucher. And it is not certain that those who applied later will not receive funds either.
The virtual row
This is because a virtual queue was created based on the chronological order of applications. That is: those who applied immediately after the start of the click day will be among the first.
The evaluation of requests
However, these are applications that need to be verified. To apply, in fact, it was only necessary to declare that you have an obsolete household appliance that needs to be replaced and, optionally, to enter your Isee. Some requests will be approved; others rejected. This alone will make the queue 'flow'.

But not only that. From 4 December, several places could become free. Because the voucher, from the moment it is inserted into the virtual wallet, must be spent within fifteen days. After that, it will expire. And so, even then, there will be a slippage.
