Bonus for young people under 35, the Inps opens the online application procedure, here's how to do it
Request within 30 days of start-up
The Inps (message number 3633 of 1 December) announces that the service for applying for the young people's bonus under 35 provided for by the cohesion decree is now available on the institute's website (www.inps.it), by accessing with one's digital identity (SPID at least level 2, CIE 3.0, CNS or eIDAS) at the following path: 'Supports, Subsidies and Allowances' > 'Explore Supports, Subsidies and Allowances' > select 'See all' under 'Tools' > 'Non-Pension Benefits Access Point' > 'Use the tool' > 'Cohesion Decree Incentive'. This is an economic support for those who are under the age of thirty-five and who start up in Italy, from 1 July 2024 and until 31 December 2025,an entrepreneurial activity in sectors considered strategic for the development of new technologies and the digital and ecological transition.
For those who are not in possession of their own digital identity, it is possible to submit an application through patronage institutions, using the services offered by them. Alternatively, the contribution can be applied for through the Multichannel Contact Centre service, by calling the toll-free number 803 164 from a landline (free of charge) or the number 06 164164 from a mobile phone (chargeable, depending on the tariff applied by the various operators).
The clarification
In the document, the Inps clarifies that in the hypothesis that the start of the entrepreneurial activity is prior to 28 November 2025, the date of publication of Circular No. 148/2025, the 30-day deadline for submitting the application starts from the latter date.
L’incentivo
The incentive consists of an economic contribution in the amount of EUR 500 per month, aimed at supporting the start-up of the entrepreneurial activity, paid by the Institute for a maximum duration of three years and in any case no later than 31 December 2028, liquidated annually in advance for the number of months involved in the entrepreneurial activity, taking into account the financial availability.
Application within 30 days of starting the business
The support was provided by the Cohesion Decree (Decree Law 60/2024, converted with amendments by Law 95/2024). To access the measure, potential beneficiaries must submit an application to Inps, exclusively in telematic mode, under penalty of forfeiture, within 30 days of the start of the business activity.
