Bper closes the Opas on Popolare Sondrio: adhesion at 58.347%.

Bper closed the public tender offer for the Banca Popolare di Sondrio, collecting adhesions amounting to 58.347% of the capital and thus exceeding the minimum threshold (renounceable) of 50% of the capital to which the offer was subordinated.

According to a Borsa Italiana note, 101,136,597 applications were submitted today. Therefore, Borsa Italiana emphasises, the total number of applications is now at 263,633,476, equal to 58.347189% of the shares in the offer.

The offer started on 16 June 2025 and ended today, 11 July 2025. Borsa Italiana also reminds that the ordinary shares of Banca Popolare di Sondrio purchased on the market on 10 and 11 July 2025 were not tendered to the offer.
