Btp Valore towards the highest ever collection. The Btp Valore closed its fourth day of placement with subscriptions for 2.29 billion euro, bringing to 16.9 billion the total collected by the third edition of the bond intended for small savers. The four-day figure comes close to the total funding of the October 2023 edition, which closed at EUR 17.2 billion. The placement will continue until 1pm tomorrow, unless the Treasury decides to close it early.
The rate scenario
.A success that seems to look forward to a future drop in yields with the expected rate cut. The third BTp Valore offers a guaranteed minimum coupon rate of 3.25 per cent for the first, second and third years, rising to 4 per cent for the fourth, fifth and sixth years. it thus has a term of six years.
