Campari closes 2025 with revenues of 3 billion and a profit of 386 million
Dividends up 54% year-on-year
Campari ended 2025 with organic net sales growth of +2.4% to EUR 3.05 billion (-0.6% overall). The external growth effect was +0.1%, mainly driven by Courvoisier net of divestments and brands in distribution, while the exchange rate effect was -3%. Adjusted EBIT was €637 million (+5.4% organically and +5.3% overall).
Adjusted EBIT margin stood at 20.9%, up 60 basis points, while adjusted EBITDA amounted to EUR 785 million (+7.6% organically and +7.2% overall) with a margin of 25.7%. Group profit increased by 2.7% to 386 million, while adjusted group profit was 346 million (+71.7%). Net debt as at 31 December 2025 amounted to 1.95 billion, including earn-outs and put options totalling 89 million, an improvement on 31 December 2024 of 419 million, mainly due to solid cash generation and the impact of capital gains on disposals, partially offset by dividend payments of 78 million. The Board of Directors proposed to the Shareholders' Meeting the distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.100 per share, compared to EUR 0.065 in the previous year with an increase of +54% and a payout ratio of 35%.
