Capri Group: Afragola railway hub provides the backdrop for the new collections
The new photographic campaign for the Gutteridge and Alcott brands will be featured online and in print in Italia
The Capri Group has chosen an exceptional location to showcase the new collections from the Gutteridge and Alcott brands. The new photo campaign by the Naples-based group is set at Naples Afragola railway station, designed by Zaha Hadid and now a high-speed rail hub. The photo campaign will be published online and in print in Italia.
For Gutteridge and Alcott, the new FW 26-27 campaign presents a new-season wardrobe that blends sartorial elegance with the visionary language of contemporary architecture, hence the choice of the railway hub. In short, the most fitting location to interpret the collection’s identity.
Gutteridge’s codes of elegance – characterised by tailored cuts, exquisite fabrics and sophisticated silhouettes – meet ultra-futuristic architecture, creating a powerful visual contrast. The precision and refinement of the garments thus stand out against a backdrop of futuristic lines, in a constant interplay between past and present. Natural light, streaming through the large windows and skylights, falls upon the surfaces and fabrics, creating ever-changing shadows and patterns of light. Against this backdrop, Gutteridge’s ‘Back to Office’ takes on a new dimension: it is not simply a return to everyday life, but an opportunity to refresh one’s style and embrace the season with effortless, contemporary elegance. Tailored suits, outerwear and knitwear form part of a wardrobe designed to accompany the modern man through appointments, working days and moments of everyday life, with versatile pieces that never compromise on attention to detail. The station, the quintessential place of departures, arrivals and connections, thus becomes the perfect metaphor for the Gutteridge man: dynamic, elegant and always on the move.
