The second edition of Supporting Women's creativity, a project by Carolina Herrera (with Good Girl, the iconic fragrance inspired by the power of women) and Naba, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is back for the second time to support and enhance women in the world of the Arts.

The initiative envisages the awarding of two Study Prizes to female students and people who, although they do not recognise themselves in the gender assigned at birth, identify themselves as women and have activated the Alias Career at the Naba offices in Milan or Rome.

With the will and desire to broaden support for the study of the younger generation, this year not only female students in the Italian and English language three-year degree programmes with final enrolment in the third year of study for the 2025/26 academic year will be able to participate, but also those enrolled in the

second year.

The aim is to promote women's employment and equal opportunities in the world of arts, design and creativity, also giving female students the opportunity to take part in an HR coaching session with the Puig HR team in the Milan office, preparatory to the

world of work within multinational companies.

The creative path will lead the young students to challenge themselves with a new brief inviting them to reflect on the theme: 'The Evolving Essence of the Carolina Herrera Woman', an exploration of the evolution of femininity through the eyes of Carolina Herrera.

The challenge is to reflect on what it means to be a woman and what the Carolina Herrera woman should represent today through a deconstruction and redefinition of the brand's 'suitcase of values', imagining how the Carolina Herrera codes can evolve to reflect their personal vision of female identity.

These inspirations will then be translated into creative materials (videos, images, visual panels, special objects, moodboards) and presented to an internal jury that will select the 2 most original and deserving projects.

In addition to the final papers, the winners will be selected through a selection process based on criteria such as income situation and academic record.

Moreover, in December, Naba will host the project's closing event with a "Temporary Gallery Art", a novelty in this edition compared to the previous one. The inauguration of the exhibition, which will present the projects of the 12 finalists (6 from the second year and 6 from the third year), represents an extraordinary opportunity of visibility for the students, offering them an important showcase for their creations. The exhibition, which will be open to the public for 7 days, will be inaugurated on the occasion of the award ceremony, which will be attended by Carolina Adriana Herrera, daughter of the founder of the Maison Carolina Herrera and Beauty Creative Director of the brand, thus confirming the commitment to give even more support and recognition to emerging talents.

Carolina Herrera x NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti: Supporting Women's Creativity is a project that is part of the Carolina Herrera For Women in the Arts programme, the platform that aims to promote female creativity in all its forms, from fashion to digital art, through academic training and the creation of spaces for artistic expression.

Among the global initiatives of Carolina Herrera For Women in the Arts are the collaboration with Spectaculu, a Brazilian non-profit organisation that provides training and career guidance, making access to a highly specialised course dedicated to fashion and tailoring possible for 15 young people in Rio de Janeiro, and Walk Tall, a podcast on career and self confidence produced by Carolina Herrera, where in each episode icons from their fields share tips, experiences and insights on how to achieve success through self confidence. Also as part of the Carolina Herrera For Women in the Arts programme, since 2018, the Maison has helped support Good Girl ambassador Karlie Kloss' organisation Kode With Klossy, which offers summer computer science camps that teach the basics of coding and ignite a lifelong passion for science, technology, engineering, art and maths (STEAM).

While in 2022, Carolina Herrera launched the first Carolina Herrera Social Justice Scholars Programme, in collaboration with the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York. A scholarship that supports female students in their pursuit of a degree.

The call for applications will be open until 6 October 2025.
