Carrefour, Urso: NewPrinces operation on Italy strengthens Made in Italy

The Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, was preliminarily informed by Italian entrepreneur Angelo Mastrolia, executive chairman of NewPrinces Group (formerly Newlat), about the takeover of Carrefour Italia. This was reported by Mimit. The minister expressed 'appreciation for the operation that strengthens Made in Italy'. Urso will meet Mastrolia in the next few days to discuss the industrial and employment developments of the operation and, subsequently, the trade unions.
