House Conduct Committee formalises sanction to Delmastro
The MEP sanctioned for the untimely publication in the asset declaration of his then sold shares in the company 'Le 5 Forchette'.
The Advisory Committee on the Conduct of Members of Parliament, which met today, according to reports from some members at the end of the meeting, will formalise the sanction provided for in the code of conduct for Members of Parliament against Andrea Delmastro for the untimely publication in the declaration of assets of his shares then sold in the company 'Le 5 Forchette', owner of the Bisteccheria d'Italia restaurant, run by Miriam Caroccia, daughter of Mauro Caroccia, accused of being a front man in Rome for the Siena clan.
The Late Communication
Delmastro's late communication, with which the former undersecretary supplemented the documentation, did not, however, help to avoid a statement of reputational censure, which will be read out by Chamber President Lorenzo Fontana in the Chamber 'tonight', according to members of the advisory committee, and published on the website. The code states that non-compliance with the code will be 'announced in the Assembly and publicised on the Chamber's website'.
