The Clerici Group surpasses the target of 800 million in turnover and confirms its goal of one billion in 2026 "but we could reach this result as early as 2025 provided we intercept new strategic opportunities in the market," explains Paolo Clerici, president of the Group, active in the distribution of plumbing products and bathroom furnishings. "Despite the waning of the incentives and tax bonuses that have driven the sector in recent years, the Group has not recorded any downturn in its business," continues the chairman. On the contrary, the results demonstrate remarkable stability: revenues remain at the same levels as the previous year, confirming the validity of the strategic choices and the effectiveness of the diversification of the product and service portfolio. The business, therefore, continues in a regular and linear manner, confirming the Clerici Group as a company capable of growing even in more complex market contexts".
The year 2024 ended with a turnover of 802.4 million against 793.7 million in the previous year. Meanwhile, the company continues with its acquisition strategy with a double operation aimed at consolidating its positions in cities with greater economic dynamism. The business unit of Acquaprogetti, a company active in the Veneto region, was acquired, and separately the 100% entry into the capital of the historic Galli Innocenti & C., with three offices in Rome, was also finalised. 'The entry in Rome represents a fundamental step in our growth path: we are now ready to face a strategic, lively marketplace, full of potential and driven by important investments in infrastructure, tourism and urban regeneration,' the chairman emphasises. At the same time, the completion of the Triveneto project further strengthens our presence in an area that has demonstrated great dynamism and receptiveness. Each acquisition stems from a long-term vision: to build a capillary and synergic network in the territories with the greatest added value, enhancing local realities and putting the skills of each one into a system".
The Veneto-based Acquaprogetti has been operating since 2014 in the distribution of thermohydraulic material and bathroom furnishings, and in addition to its headquarters in Rovigo, the company recently opened a new shop in Sant'Elena, in the province of Padua. This acquisition is part of a development project begun in 2021 that has taken Clerici from 2 to 35 sales outlets in the Triveneto region alone, with milestones such as the entry into the group of Idra - acquired in February 2025 with 13 sales outlets and a turnover in excess of 30 million - and Catto in Jesolo, specialising in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
