Commerz: Orcel says they are open to concessions in the talks; an agreement will be reached

We’ve managed to gain control, potentially, without having to make any concessions, as is usually the case in a transaction. So we’re quite open-minded at the moment.” This is what UniCredit’s CEO, Andrea Orcel, explained in an interview with CNBC. As for the German government and the trade unions, “based on what we’ve understood,” he assured, “I don’t think we’ll have any trouble reaching an agreement that’s in everyone’s best interests.”
