Concrete Investing successfully closed the raising for the Carnevali 64 transaction, a new residential building to be constructed on the street of the same name in the Dergano district north of Milan. The new transaction, for which Concrete Investing raised EUR 1.5m, has an expected Roi of 37.5%, a preferred annual return of 12.5% with an expected holding period of 36 months.

In recent weeks, the company has also achieved two new exits on the residential developments Vasari 3, with a final Roi of 25 per cent, and Milo22, with a Roi of 20.74 per cent. Launched in 2020 and 2022 respectively, the two deals bring to 17 the number of exits achieved on Concrete Investing's platform since its establishment in 2019.

"The two new exits for the Vasari 3 and Milo22 projects confirm that real estate equity crowdfunding continues to be an attractive and attractive tool for investors, despite the challenging financial market environment," commented Lorenzo Pedotti, CEO of Concrete Investing. The collection for the Carnevali 64 project proves our clients' trust in the selection of relevant transactions by leading operators in the Milanese market and beyond. We confirm this strategy also in the proposal of the new real estate transactions that we will propose in the coming months".

Situated between the Bovisa area, already undergoing redevelopment thanks to the Milan Polytechnic Campus, and Scalo Farini, a focal point in the redevelopment of Milan's docks, the Dergano district where Carnevali 64 will rise is an area mainly for residential use, the subject in recent years of significant urban regeneration projects that have led to the formation of parks and gardens, both public and private. The project envisages the construction of a residential building that will house 24 flats on several levels of different sizes and types, as well as garages and accessory rooms.
In almost 5 years of activity Concrete Investing has financed 33 real estate transactions, with more than 64 million capital raised, more than 4 thousand investments managed and 17 exits realised, for a total amount reimbursed to investors of approximately EUR 36 million and returns higher than the traditional instruments available to savers.
