Credem, 280 hires in nine months, 15% more than 2024
The Emilian bank continues its employment expansion plan: this year the goal is to reach 380 new hires
Between now and the end of the year, Credem will hire 100 bankers in the group's branches and technology areas, thus reaching a total of 380 new hires and experienced professionals in 2025 alone. In the first nine months of the year, the Emilian bank hired 280 bankers, a figure that is up 15% compared to the same period in 2024, when the entry counter stopped at 250.
As the group's HR director, Antonella Indelicato, explains, "the recruitment plan we are carrying out demonstrates our concrete commitment to offer development prospects in an environment that favours inclusion, meritocracy and people's well-being". The 2025 hirings are part of a long-term strategy that has led Credem to employ 1,200 bankers in the four-year period 2021-2024: of these 840 are young people. In this regard, Indelicato underlines that the group pays "particular attention to the Young segment and in this sense we are intensifying collaborations with universities to create a direct bridge between the academic world and professional opportunities in the company. Our goal is not only to attract talent, but to accompany them on their growth path with dedicated training courses and a specific personnel manager to enhance the uniqueness of each person'.
Among the profiles sought for the branches and the virtual contact centre are high school and university graduates, even at their first experience, with no particular constraints on their field of study, but with an aptitude for relationships and good communication skills. In the IT area, recruitment will be for graduates in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, statistics and experts such as analysts, developers and project managers, to support the group's digitalisation and innovation projects.
There will be an equal focus on wellbeing for all with 70 planned initiatives ranging from health programmes, psychological support, insurance protection, leisure facilities and flexibility. By the end of 2025, 86 per cent of workers were working in smart working mode. Finally, with a view to employability, the group ensures constant training, with an average of more than 60 hours per year per person.
