Csm confirms application of gup Gueli at Santanché preliminary hearing

Judge Tiziana Gueli remains applied to the preliminary hearing in Milan in which Tourism Minister Daniela Santanché is accusedof aggravated fraud at the Inps in connection with the lay-off during the Covid period for some employees of the company Visibilia.

This was decided by the plenum of the Csm, confirming the decree of the presidency of the Court of Milan, which on 27 March had ordered the application of the judge to the proceedings, although Gueli had changed role since 31 March.
