The world of communication is constantly driven by technological innovation, digitisation and the increasing interconnection between people. AI is further accelerating this process, opening up new perspectives for the future of information and communication professionals.
At a time when the mole of data is growing exponentially, it is essential to be prepared for the constant changes that, never before as in the world of communication, are able to alter the scenario with impressive rapidity.In an increasingly visual society, it becomes essential for those who work in the world of information and communication not only to be able to search for news and check its veracity and sources, but also interpret and communicate stories in an increasingly effective way. And since nowadays every company must be able to tell its story directly to its end users via platforms, which connect them directly without any form of disintermediation, professionals who are constantly updated on digital information and communication tools become necessary and strategic;
Il Sole 24 ORE - which lives in the front line of the changes in the world of information and communication technology on a daily basis - wanted to take up a new challenge in the field of training for digital communication and content creation professionals, setting itself the goal of bridging the gap in technical skills through the development of a new training offer, designed to explore and exploit the new frontiers of content creation and storytelling in an original way thanks to the professionalism that its journalists have acquired in this field.
The result was the training project that Sole 24 ORE Formazione - the Sole 24 Ore Training School - called 'Data, Visual Storytelling AI Journalism'.
