This is what Adolfo Urso, the Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, writes on the social network X. 'On this,' the minister writes, 'we are working with the Anci and the superintendencies, so that the rule can be the result of a sharing with all the parties involved.
The Competition Act passed at the end of last year extended the simplified regime for dehors and outdoor tables until December 2024. Since its introduction immediately after the end of the lockdown to facilitate the resumption of full activity of bars and restaurants, the rule has been repeated several times even after the end of the Covid emergency.
