Objectives and values underpinning the stock exchange listing

.

"Access to the capital market," explains Alberto Rizzi, the Group's CEO and son of Riccardo Rizzi, "represents a concrete opportunity for us to enhance and carry into the future our heritage of skills, innovation and identity. Dedem is a company deeply rooted in Italian industrial history, capable of combining tradition and vision, craftsmanship and technology. It is with this spirit that we intend to strengthen our commitment to promoting Made in Italy, bringing to the stock market an entrepreneurial model based on quality, creativity and social responsibility. A portion of the newly issued shares,' he adds, 'will be reserved for employees with at least two years' seniority in the Group, offering them the chance to become shareholders in our company. Dedem's has always been a great family story. And with this operation, we want to continue writing it together'.

Still accelerating growth

"We are very proud," emphasises the Group's CFO Paolo Monte, "of the milestone we have achieved, the result of a path that began a year and a half ago with the issue of the first bond in the company's history, continued with the planning of the listing and an intense and articulated due diligence process. It was a demanding challenge, tackled with competence and great cohesion by our entire team. But for us this is only the starting point: the listing on the EGM,' he emphasises, 'represents a real growth accelerator, which allows us to look decisively towards a new phase of company development. The next challenge is clear: to further strengthen our presence in foreign markets and make internationalisation one of the pillars of our long-term strategy'.
