Delano is set to arrive in Puglia in 2028

A region that has developed over the years in terms of luxury hospitality and is now enjoying a renaissance, with renewed interest. Despite the controversy surrounding certain openings, such as that of the Four Seasons developed by the Omnam Group, there are other new developments in the region.
Ennismore has chosen Puglia for the development of the Delano in Italia. This is the Delano brand’s first project on the peninsula, specifically in Monopoli. The opening is scheduled for 2028.

The move marks the entry into the Italian market of one of the most iconic international lifestyle hospitality brands and represents a strategic step in the brand’s growth, which is already established in global destinations such as Miami, Paris, Dubai, New York, London and Marrakech. In particular, the Miami hotel has just undergone a major refurbishment.

The Italian project involves the construction of a high-end resort along the Apulian Adriatic coast, featuring 76 rooms and 13 suites, as well as a comprehensive range of dining, wellness and exclusive experiences, designed to showcase the region and establish itself as a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Southern Italy.
