Delfin, agreement made by Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio and brothers on shares and inheritance
Closing by the fourth anniversary of the founder's death
An agreement has been reached between Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio and his siblings Luca and Paola on the reorganisation of Delfin and the closure of the dossier on the founder's legacy. According to what has been reconstructed by Il Sole24 Ore, an agreement between the parties has been signed in the last few hours, which moves along two parallel tracks. The first, obviously, is the transfer of the 25% of Delfin owned by the brothers to Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio for a value of around 10 billion. The second is the closure of the inheritance with the commitment on the part of Luca and Paola, the two heirs who had accepted with the benefit of inventory, to follow up the will.
The closing of the deal, it is agreed, must take place by the fourth anniversary of Leonardo Del Vecchio's death, i.e. by 27 June.
