Delfin: shareholders approve the appointment of two commissioners; Talarico’s nomination is rejected

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Delfin’s shareholders have reached an agreement on the appointment of the commissioners and have elected two out of three. According to reports, the shareholders’ meeting has given the go-ahead to lawyer Lara Forte (who specialises in investment funds at the Mourant law firm) and chartered accountant Fabio Scoyni, whilst the nomination of manager Marco Talarico, Del Vecchio Jr’s right-hand man (who was not present at the meeting) and former managing director of his family office, Lmdv.
