Dell'Utri and his wife on trial for the 42 million received from Berlusconi
The former senator and his wife are facing a Milan court for alleged financial irregularities related to Berlusconi's donations, with allegations of fictitious registration and asset violations.
The former Fi senator, Marcello Dell'Utri, and his wife Miranda Ratti have been sent to trial in Milan for the affair of alleged donations amounting to around EUR 42 million, in eight transfers, received from Silvio Berlusconi.
This was decided today by the gup Giulia Marozzi.

The first hearing will take place on 9 July 2026 before the second criminal section of the court.
The prescription was triggered on part of the donations.
In March 2025, the case was transferred from Florence to Milan due to territorial jurisdiction on the basis of an exception raised by the defence lawyers Francesco Centonze and Filippo Dinacci
