The real estate complex, owned by the Allianz group, is located at the intersection of Corso Italia and Via Santa Sofia, where the new M4 stop will rise, and has been redeveloped by Pimco Prime Real Estate to become a 'Near Zero Energy Building' (Nzeb).

For the interior design, Deloitte commissioned Degw, a brand of the Lombardini Group22. The building will bring together all the offices in the Lombard capital and will be the new reference point for Deloitte's more than 6,000 people in Milan. The first entrances to the new offices began this week and will continue over the next few weeks. The work will be completed over the next few months. The official opening is planned for early 2025.
