Diasorin: H1 revenue down 3% to 602 million, adjusted net profit down 16% to 106 million
2026 targets for revenue (+5–6 per cent) and adjusted EBITDA margin have been confirmed
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Diasorin closed the first half of 2026 with revenue of €602 million, in line with the first half of 2025 at constant exchange rates, but down 3% at current exchange rates, with a negative currency effect of €20 million. The company, which operates in the fields of molecular diagnostics and immunodiagnostics, ended the period with adjusted EBITDA of €194 million, down 7% at constant exchange rates compared with the first half of 2025 (down 10% at current exchange rates, with a negative currency effect of €5 million), and representing 32% of revenue at both constant and current exchange rates. In the second quarter of 2026, however, the company points out, the margin stood at
up 33 per cent at constant exchange rates, ‘confirming an improvement on the figure for the first quarter of 2026’.
EBIT amounted to 149 million, down 10% at constant exchange rates (down 12% at current exchange rates, with a negative currency effect of 4 million), representing 24% of revenue at constant exchange rates (25 per cent at current exchange rates). Adjusted net finance costs amounted to 7 million (compared with 1 million in the first half of 2025), whilst adjusted net profit amounted to 106 million, representing 18 per cent of revenue, down by 20 million (-16 per cent) compared with the same period in 2025. In light of the results for the first half of 2026, which were ‘in line with expectations’, the group confirms its guidance for the 2026 financial year: revenue growth of between +5% and +6%; and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 32%–33%.
