Dolomite Capital and Yeldo agree on a 15 million mezzanine facility for a property in Paris
The financing is intended to enhance the value of a high-end commercial property. The gross development value expected for the portfolio is approximately 100 million euros
Dolomite Capital and Yeldo have signed a 15 million financing agreement for the redevelopment of a prestigious property in Paris.
The transaction – structured by Yeldo and financed by Dolomite Capital – supports the repositioning plan for a commercial property on Rue Saint-Honoré, in the heart of Paris’s luxury district. The financing forms part of a wider process to reorganise the investment’s financial and ownership structure, with a view to supporting the implementation of a medium-term value-enhancement strategy, with an gross development value for the portfolio expected to be around 100 million euros.
“This partnership,” said Keith Magliana, CEO of Dolomite Capital, “demonstrates our ability to deliver complex and innovative credit solutions swiftly, helping to unlock the value potential of high-quality assets. “We are delighted to be working with Yeldo and believe this will be the first of many joint transactions.”
“This transaction, the first of its kind in France,” added Antonio Borgonovo, CEO and founder of Yeldo Group, “strengthens our pan-European presence and enables us to collaborate with leading sponsors and operators on institutional-grade property projects. This achievement lays the foundations for further joint initiatives with top-tier partners.”
