The Education Days are back – the free initiative organised by Sole 24 Ore Business School, which, from 23 October to 2 November 2026, will open its digital classrooms for more than twenty online sessions dedicated to Artificial Intelligence. Once again this year, the aim is to help students, managers and professionals develop the skills that AI demands in the workplace today.
The initiative addresses a need that the figures clearly highlight. According to the Istat report ‘Businesses and ICT’, published in December 2025, the adoption of AI in Italian businesses with at least ten employees has doubled in the space of a year; among companies that considered introducing it but did not go ahead, however, the main obstacle cited is a lack of adequate skills (58.6 per cent).
The programme alternates between webinars, open lessons and workshops, and brings AI into a range of different functions and sectors: sustainability, human resources and organisation, marketing, communication and information, sales, finance and insurance, the legal profession, retail and fashion, sport, travel and cybersecurity. The sessions will be led by Business School lecturers, managers and professionals, who will demonstrate how to use AI effectively: real-life case studies, tools and methods to tangibly improve one’s work.
Among the most eagerly awaited events are the webinars ‘Vibe coding and information in the age of intelligent agents’, ‘From the lab to adoption: how companies become AI-first’, featuring a presentation by the Leonardo Group, and ‘The skills challenge in the age of AI: the Datapizza case study’. In addition, to round off the programme, three workshops will be streamed live on 28 October from IAB Intersections: IAB Italia’s event dedicated to digital, advertising and communication.
This initiative reaffirms the mission of Sole 24 Ore Business School: to make training accessible and data-driven, combining technological innovation with professional development. All lectures and workshops are free of charge, subject to registration on the dedicated page: https://www.24orebs.com/eventi/selezioni/education-days
