Piaggio offers a special version of its Beverly high-wheel scooter to celebrate 25 years since the first model was released
At the Milan Motorcycle Show Piaggio offers a special version of the Beverly, one of the most popular and best-selling high-wheel scooters ever, to celebrate 25 years since the first model was released. Piaggio Beverly 25th Anniversary, available with the latest evolution of the 310 hpe and 400 hpe engines, features a special dedicated set-up that reinterprets the most distinctive elements of the original model, combining them with the sporty feel of the latest generation.
The dedicated Grigio 25th Anniversary colour scheme is an unprecedented shade of dark grey with a metallic matt finish. The livery is completed by a light grey graphic that runs throughout the vehicle, from the rear flanks to the front mudguard. Added to this is the smoked windscreen, another typical element of the first Beverly, and some details in glossy black and gold, which enhance its sportiness. The dedicated double-covered saddle features a perforated weave and is enriched by refined double stitching that echoes the vehicle details in black, grey and gold. On the counter shield the "25th Anniversary" plaque, embellished with the tricolour symbolising the Italian spirit of Beverly, identifies the special edition.
