Mapped over 100 under-35s who will have a dedicated exhibition at the Group's Cooperative Credit Banks
Among the many forms of integration we hear more and more about is that, no less important, of cultural integration. The BCC Iccrea Banking Group is promoting it by launching the second edition of the territorial project "BCC Arte&Cultura", realised together with the Group's 112 BCCs to involve local communities. After the launch in 2024 of the largest private national diffuse museum of the BCCs' art collections and historical and architectural heritage, a mapping of more than 100 emerging artists under 35 who will be exhibited in 2026 at the Group's Cooperative Credit Banks has been carried out.
"Futuri Emergenti Italiani"
The collection has been included in the catalogue "Futuri Emergenti Italiani", to be published in spring 2026, an expression of the mapping of more than a hundred emerging under-35 artists from the Bank's home territory. There are now 150 works in the art and heritage collections based on the census carried out following the new works. All of which can be enjoyed through an immersive experience in the 3D gallery on the institutional website.
It is an innovative virtual cultural space that promotes the collections owned by the Cooperative Credit Banks of the past and present. It is aimed not only at customers but also at schools, and is accompanied by a free popular digital text. The virtual gallery of works by the Banche di Credito Cooperativo of the BCC Iccrea Group traces a route that touches points in a vast symbolic territory, along which the pavilions of the individual banks, which house the works, are scattered. The sensation one has in crossing the space is that of a metaphysical journey, belonging to any time and any place and, at the same time, it is a visual experience of aesthetic perception
The stylistic choice reflects the desire to represent and celebrate not only the works of art and the Genius loci they express, but also the territories of which they are an emanation and where BCCs have been rooted since the birth of the Rural Banks at the end of the 19th century
The multidisciplinary project also sees the involvement of 50 bookshops to support the dissemination of reading with dozens of literary events on the theme of 'Birth'
