Eni: agreement between Enilive and Prax to acquire OIL! petrol stations in Europe
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Enilive (Eni Group), through its subsidiary Enilive Deutschland, and Prax have signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of 100 per cent of OIL! Tankstellen, a company active in the sale of mobility products and services in Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the relevant authorities. As stated in a press release, thanks to this acquisition, Enilive will expand its network by approximately 320 service stations, strengthening its presence in key markets and expanding into the Danish market. Enilive currently operates around 5,300 stations across Europe. Following the completion of the transaction, OIL!’s petrol stations will be gradually integrated into the Enilive network.
